Entries are open for the 19th "Giochi e Ritorni" Open

The Club 64 evening tournament is back: the 19th "Giochi e Ritorni" Open is played at the club, Via Salvo D'Acquisto 161 in Modena, over six Thursday evenings from 29 October to 3 December 2026, with rounds starting at 20:30.
It is a single open, valid for FSI and FIDE rating changes: six rounds with Swiss-system pairings and a time control of 90 minutes per player with a 30-second increment from move one. It is open to players holding an FSI competition or junior card valid for 2026, which can also be taken out at the club before play begins.
The entry fee is 35 euro, 30 euro for Under 16. The usual prizes are at stake: ham, Parmigiano, salami and wine for the first three, with prizes for the 1700-1899 and 1500-1699 rating bands and for the first two Under 16 as well.
Pre-entry is on VeSuS until 28 October 2026; entries must be confirmed at the club by 20:15 on Thursday 29 October, before the first round.
