Membership and payment terms
These terms apply to the membership fees and cards bought on club64.it.

What we offer
Membership of Club 64 and registration with the Italian Chess Federation (FSI), which the club carries out on the member's behalf, with related services such as urgent processing.
Prices
Prices are in euro and are those shown on the fees page and in the application summary, which shows the total due before payment. No VAT applies and there are no delivery or handling charges beyond those shown.
Payment
Payment is made at the end of the online application, with the methods the club makes available: bank transfer, card payment through myPOS or a myPOS payment link. Card payments are handled by myPOS: the club neither receives nor stores card details.
Activation
Nothing is shipped: the card is registered by the club. Once payment is received, membership is activated within 2 working days with the urgent service and within 10 working days otherwise. For bank transfers the time runs from when the funds reach the club's account.
Changes and cancellation
Until the application is paid you can change or withdraw it from the membership page, with “Change my details”: an unpaid application commits you to nothing. Once paid, the application cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Membership fees and cards are not refundable once paid.
Personal data
The application's data is processed as described in the privacy notice, linked at the bottom of every page of the site.
