3rd Open "Prime mosse dell'anno"

Club 64 A.S.D. Modena organizes the 3rd Open Tournament "Prime mosse dell'anno", valid for FSI/FIDE Elo rating changes according to current regulations.

Eligibility: all players holding an FSI Competitive or Junior membership card valid for 2020. Those without one may purchase it at the tournament venue before the start of the competition.

Time control: 90 minutes per player to finish, with a 30-second increment per move from move one. The tournament is played over 6 rounds with the Swiss system; in case of a tie, the Buchholz Cut 1 system will be used, and the ARO if the tie persists.

Registration: Pre-registration is mandatory, directly online on VeSuS or by e-mail to info@club64.it by 10/01/2020. For information contact 339 285 2986 (Adriano). Pre-registrations must be confirmed at the venue by 14:00 on 11/01/2020.

The organizational contribution is set at 30 euro for adults and 25 euro for Under 16.

Notes: The player cap is set at 40. A player who, for proven reasons, cannot take part in a round must inform the arbiter at least one hour before the start of that round.
