1st Tournament "Sciocola' - Festival del Cioccolato"

Club 64, in collaboration with SGP Events, organizes the "Sciocola’ - Festival del Cioccolato" tournament

Date: Saturday 2 November 2019, 14:30, in piazza Mazzini, in the historic centre of Modena.

Time control: The tournament will be played over 6 rounds, with a time control of 10 minutes per player. Pairings will be made with the Swiss system, and in case of a tie the Buchholz Cut 1 and ARO tie-breaks will be considered in that order.

Registration: MAX 80 players - Pre-registration is mandatory, either directly online on the website www.club64.it or by e-mail to info@club64.it.

Pre-registrations must be confirmed at the venue by 14:00 on 2 November 2019.

The tournament is free and open to all. In case of bad weather, the tournament will be postponed to the following day; in case of further bad weather, the tournament will be cancelled.

During the first 5 rounds, captured enemy pieces must be placed in the boxes provided.
Only during the last round will it be allowed to eat the pieces captured during the game.

Rich chocolate prizes in kind for the top 3 in each age group.

At the end of the tournament, for the occasion, a game will be played between two Italian Under 18 champions.
