1st Alakatabuyaaa tournament, <1600 30' + 30''

Validity: Full Open <1600, valid for FSI / FIDE Elo rating changes according to current regulations.

Eligibility: The tournament is open to players with an Elo rating below 1600 who hold an FSI Competitive or Junior membership card valid for 2018.

Time control: 30 minutes per player to finish, with a 30-second increment per move from move one. It is played over 5 rounds with the Swiss system; in case of a tie, the Buchholz Cut 1 system will be used, and the ARO if the tie persists.
