Chess school courses: the first lesson is Monday 12 October
Four groups for children and teenagers, Monday to Friday afternoons, 14 meetings from 12 October 2026 to 3 February 2027.
Club 64's chess school starts again, for children and teenagers at intermediate and advanced level: a course to grow as a player, learn to choose with understanding and get ready for a first tournament. It is held at the club, Viale Salvo D'Acquisto 161 in Modena.
Four groups, one a day, fourteen weekly one-hour meetings within the 17:00-19:30 window, from 12 October 2026 to 3 February 2027 with a Christmas break until 6 January:
- Blue — Monday, intermediate, 180 € — Francesco Ferraguti
- Red — Wednesday, advanced, 200 € — Francesco Ferraguti
- Green — Thursday, intermediate, 180 € — Samuele Mammi
- Yellow — Friday, intermediate, 180 € — Fabrizio Frigieri
Each group's exact time is agreed with its instructor. Places are not open: they are arranged with the organisers, who collect what families need and can manage and form groups even in level and timetable. There is a trial lesson, which also checks that the group somebody was put in is the right one.
Club 64 membership valid on the day is required to take part — for the trial lesson too. To arrange a place we need the child's name, age, chess experience, preferred course and a parent's contact.
