The 3rd "Regina del Balsamico" Tournament in Spilamberto a success
The third “Regina del Balsamico” chess tournament in Spilamberto ended yesterday, with the participation of over 50 players who competed for rich prizes in kind. Special thanks go to our member Francesco Venturelli for the passion, commitment and dedication he has put for years into organising this event; the contribution of family members and members who gave us a great deal of help with the set-up was also strategic. Special thanks also go to the Mayor and the Councillor for Culture of the Municipality of Spilamberto, who honoured us with their presence and their valuable contribution, making available the spacious rooms of the "Famigli" Events Space. The final Adults standings saw the victory of CN Samuele Mammi with 5 points out of 6, followed by CN Riccardo Dionigi (5/6), CN Francesco Ferraguti (5/6) and 1N Ottavio Mammi (5/6). The Under 16 standings saw the victory of 3N Giovanni Tabanelli with 6 points out of 6, followed by Kento Bulgaron (5/6), Alberto Colombini (4.5/6) and Ray Cavalieri (4/6). See you next year!
