Beautiful handcrafted wooden chess sets up for grabs at the Modena Provincial Championship!
As is tradition in mid-December, starting on Friday evening and throughout the weekend the Modena Provincial Championship will be played. At stake is the title of 2020 Provincial Champion, as well as qualification for the Quarter-finals of the Italian Absolute Championship (which will correspond to the Regional Championship). This edition will for the first time also be enriched by a special surprise: among the prizes there will be fine wooden chess pieces, expertly made in the old artisan way. We look forward to seeing many of you on Friday evening at the Club 64 premises: don't miss it!
