Chess workshops at the Rocca di Vignola

The chess workshops at the Rocca di Vignola, organised by the Fondazione di Vignola in collaboration with the CLUB 64 club, are proving a huge success. Inspired by the book "Il piccolo Cavaliere del Re degli Scacchi " by master Carlo Alberto Cavazzoni, they feature intrepid adventures aimed at passing on the high and beautiful values of which Chess is the custodian. The guided tour of the castle includes meetings with numerous historical figures of the 1500s who also appear in the book, and exercises on a giant chessboard. At stake is the conquest of a prestigious Diploma.
