Excellent placing for Chess & Life at the CIS U16 final
At the CIS U16 in Grosseto the Chess and Life team of Club 64 of Modena (Emilio Cassanelli, Luca Ballotti, Michele Melotti, Dionis Hodo and Enrico Giuntini, captain Antonio Lapenna) started from 25th in the seeding and finished in 16th place overall with 6 points out of 12, among 35 teams from all over Italy. The 5 members of the team, whose average age is 11, achieved an excellent result at national level. Congratulations to the very young athletes who defended the Club 64 colours at the national finals.
