CM Walter Paoli wins the third stage of the 2014 TDT

The third stage in Sassuolo recorded the participation of 14 players, one more than the previous tournament. The level of the tournament was very high as always, with 8 players out of 14 of master category. Candidate Master Walter Paoli wins the tournament, finishing with 5 points out of 6. Second Candidate Master Fabrizio Frigieri (4.5) and third FIDE Master Valerio Luciani (4.5). Paolo Sarti wins the 1N-2N prize and Paolo Pavesi the 3N-NC one. We look forward to seeing many of you at the fourth stage in Modena on Thursday 13 March.
