Graziano Ballista new Club 64 Arbiter
Congratulations to Graziano Ballista, who in the recent Regional Arbiter course held at CSB in Bologna passed the exams for the title of Regional Arbiter. Awaiting only the formality of ratification of the title by the CAF, Graziano joins the large group of arbiters at Club 64. Arbiters play a fundamental role in the chess world and are an asset of enormous importance for the association. Congratulations again to Graziano, who for very many years has been working with the Club 64 Board in organising Club 64's most important youth events.
