NOTICE OF 2024 ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
The Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of CLUB 64 A.S.D. is convened at the premises of the club's registered office at Via Wiligelmo 72, Modena, on first call at 09:00 on 20 April 2024 and on second call on SATURDAY 20 APRIL 2024 AT 17:30 with the following agenda:
1) President's report;
2) Discussion of the 2024 technical activity;
3) Approval of the 2023 Final Accounts and 2024 Budget;
4) Any other business.
Under the Articles of Association, all adult members whose 2024 membership is in good standing are entitled to vote at the Meeting; each member may represent up to 5 other members by written proxy.
