NOTICE OF 2023 ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
The Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of CLUB 64 A.S.D. is convened at the premises of the club's registered office at Via Wiligelmo 72, Modena, on first call at 09:00 on 22 April 2023 and on second call on SATURDAY 22 APRIL 2023 AT 16:30 with the following agenda:
1) President's report;
3) Approval of the 2022 Final Accounts and 2023 Budget;
2) Discussion of the 2023 technical activity;
4) Any other business.
Under the Articles of Association, all adult members whose 2023 membership is in good standing are entitled to vote at the Meeting; each member may represent up to 5 other members by written proxy.
