NOTICE OF THE 2022 ORDINARY MEETING
The Ordinary Meeting of the Members of CLUB 64 A.S.D. is called at the premises of the club headquarters in Via Wiligelmo 72, Modena, on first call at 09:00 on 23 April 2022 and on second call on SATURDAY 23 APRIL 2022 AT 15:30, with the following agenda:
1) President's report;
2) Discussion of the 2022 technical activity;
3) Approval of the 2021 Final Accounts and the 2022 Budget;
4) Any other business.
In accordance with the Statute, all adult members with a valid 2022 membership have the right to vote at the Meeting; each member may represent up to 5 other members by written proxy.
