NOTICE OF THE 2020 ORDINARY MEETING
The Ordinary Meeting of the Members of CLUB 64 A.S.D. is called at the premises of the club headquarters in Via Wiligelmo 72, Modena, on first call at 09:00 on 19 September 2020 and on second call on SATURDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 2020 AT 16.30, with the following agenda:
1) President's report;
2) Discussion of the 2020 technical activity;
3) Approval of the 2019 Final Accounts;
4) Approval of the 2020 Budget;
5) Any other business.
In accordance with the Statute, all adult members with a valid 2020 membership have the right to vote at the Meeting; each member may represent up to 5 other members by written proxy, the form for which is attached.
Given the topics of general interest, the parents of underage members are also invited to attend the Meeting.
