Federal Chess School 2022 - Courses for adults, children and teenagers

Courses will begin on Saturday 12 March 2022 at 16:00 (beginner course) and at 17:00 (intermediate course). To take part in person, you will need to have valid Club 64 and Polisportiva San Faustino membership for 2022, as well as a green pass (unless the current government provisions change).

Beginner course for kids

The course is aimed at primary school girls and boys; it is aimed at school-age girls and boys with no significant playing experience, but eager to learn and deepen their knowledge of chess.
Our instructors will guide the pupils in discovering the rules and the first techniques of thinking about and analysing the game.

Intermediate course for adults

The course is aimed at all those who wish to deepen their knowledge of the Noble Game, having learned its rules and basics in other courses or, possibly, in tournaments as well.
Topics related to game strategy, analysis of variations and the development of calculation skills will be addressed in particular.
