Full Open valid for FIDE ELO rating changes

Venue: Polisportiva Forese Nord, Strada Albareto 568, Modena.
Registration: mandatory pre-registration no later than 22/04/2021, to be made on Vesus or on the website www.club64.it.
Only players holding an FSI Competitive or Junior membership card valid for 2021 may take part.
Registration will close once 30 participants are reached.
Contribution to organizational expenses: 35 euro, 30 euro for those born after 31/12/2004.
Rounds: 5 with the Swiss System.
Time control: 90 min. + 30 sec. per move with no intermediate time control.
Tie-break system: full Buchholz.

Smoking and the use of electronic devices are forbidden in the playing hall. Such devices may nonetheless be brought in if switched off and kept away from the body. A player who breaks this rule will be awarded a loss by the arbiter.
A player who arrives at the board more than 60 minutes late will also lose the game by forfeit.
