CM Tazzioli Luca 2018 provincial champion

Candidate Master Tazzioli Luca wins the Modena absolute provincial championship and is crowned 2018 provincial champion. An excellent performance by the winner (performance of 2064 Elo points), who finished the tournament undefeated with 4.5 points out of 5. Second, level on points, was 1N Bindini Ugo, who is crowned provincial vice-champion. Third overall on tie-break was the former provincial champion CM Paoli Walter. Fourth overall, CM Vincenzi Marco.

The 2018 edition of the Provincial Championship was dedicated for the fifth time to the memory of our friend Mario Viola, who won this tournament in 2004. The Modena provincial championship will be dedicated to his memory in future editions as well.
