CERG 2014 standings after 2 tournaments

The second CERG 2014 event of the Modena provincial circuit was held last Sunday 24 November in Gaggio in Piano. In all 50 young Emergenti and 20 young Talenti at the starting line, for a total of 70 participants in the tournament. Among the Emergenti, Pasquale Montuori wins the tournament on tie-break, ahead of Emma Cassanelli and Ludovico Carlino, all on 5 out of 6 in the final score. Francesco Cioni dominates the young Talenti tournament with 6 points out of 6; second Michele Melotti (5) and third Ahnaf Ibne Anis (4). The standings of the 2 tournaments are published in the CERG section (calendar - cerg). The overall standings after the first 2 tournaments for Schools, Emergenti and Talenti are also available. We also publish a newspaper article about the circuit that appeared last Friday 6 December in the Modena edition of the Resto del Carlino.
